Who we are

CV Generator SA helps South African school leavers build ATS-friendly CVs. We process personal information to provide that service.

What we collect

• Account details (username, password hash, optional email)
• CV content you enter (contact details, education, experience, skills)
• Technical logs needed to run and secure the service

Why we collect it

To create and store your CV drafts, generate PDFs, process payments (when enabled), and improve the product.

Your rights (POPIA)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You can delete CV drafts from your dashboard (full account deletion via support in MVP).

Security

We use phone-number login with a one-time code (WhatsApp/SMS in production; console in local development). Session cookies are HttpOnly — we do not use JWTs stored in the browser.
